IT’S NOT LUCK…IT’S SCIENCE 🧬👇🏽
Everyone thinks that stretching more = more flexibility = splits and that’s why they stay stuck or convince themselves they can’t do the splits 🤦🏽♀️
💡What they DON’T teach you in gym class is that the most scientifically proven ways to increase your flexibility are NOT just stretching, it’s:
-Building strength at end range
-Active flexibility training
-Eccentric loading
-Isometrics
-PNF
-& Passive stretching
Passive stretching (what most people try) is actually the LEAST effective method as it does NOT work on its own to build lasting flexibility…it only gives you temporary flexibility in the moment.
So if you truly want the splits for the first time as an adult…you need to start training differently.
Once I changed my approach and designed a program that trains flexibility the RIGHT way using progressive overload, my results skyrocketed 🔥
