Here's the full version on the Wonder Oven roast chicken that was quite delicious. The recipe does require you to change the temperature and cooking method several times, but it's worth it!

I think starting at a lower temperature keeps the chicken from splattering a lot during cooking. I think it also ensures that the chicken cooks evenly and doesn't burn on the outside while being raw on the inside.

Finishing the chicken at a higher temperature gives you crispy skin without burning. #WonderOven #OurPlace
