Glute max cable kickbacks (SLOW eccentric)

You can do these without the plates but I do feel like by raising yourself up you can kick down a little farther which can help engage the glute a little more! Focus on extending all the way down and back and then keeping your eccentric slow (2-3 sec) as you bring the attachment back up.
