Mako Pixhawk VTOL Maiden Transition to Forward Flight

This is the maiden test flight of transitioning from Hover Mode to Forward Flight.

For some odd reason, in Stabilize Mode, it would aggressively yaw to the right. In the first takeoff attempt, I had keep full left Rudder to just keep it manageable until I decided to pull the Throttle to land it (more like plopped it). You could see that the Front Right and Rear Left motors were turning faster than the other two.In Altitude Hold Mode, she's fine.

I had VT_FW_MIN_ALT = 15m so I just climbed her up to about 20m then flipped the switch for Forward Flight.
