Kriya for Creativity

This kriya, in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, was first taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Please begin the kriya by chanting Ong Nam Guru Dev Namo three times to centre yourself.
It consists of 21 exercises that develop flexibility in the whole body, increases and circulates prana and supports creativity. The kriya is led by Sat Dharam Kaur ND and demonstrated by Sat Kaur. The session takes place in Vancouver and is part of a longer course called Beyond Addiction: The Yogic Path to Recovery.
