Hi guys, I would like to share with you my three year journey.I started to train in gym because I played football but after some time i just felt in love with that. Slowly my body started to form out so i decided to go further and try some competitions. And this is my final form.
After competition my motivation was bigger and bigger but i felt like my body isnt strong enough. i trained really hard but my techniques were bad. I get injured and i couldnt train for 2months. Before the incident i squat 120kg easily, but then i realized that my technic is far from perfect ( I couldnt do deep squats)..
During my recovery i hade plenty of time so i started to searching for something new and better. Then i found calisthenics. In the beginning i didnt know nothing about it, but i decidet to try it out.
I didnt had to start from the basics because i acknowledged some skills from gym but it was enough only to advance working techniques.
In this video below you can see my first muscle up. As you can see the technic is far from perfect and unfortunately i realized it to late.
After one month practising with wrong technice (cheating over one arm) i get injured again. Again it was not progress but regress .
Later i found inspiration in Adam Raw and i was on start. Push ups pull ups squats , dips and when i felt comfortable with this exercise i started exercise with weight
