My favorite dessert recipe ever! Whenever you feel you need something sweet, this is what you should be thinking about! So much good stuff in there. Polyphenols from organic raspberries, cystbusting MCT oil, awesome amino acids from grass fed gelatin, soothing vanilla, delicious coconut milk and awesome keto friendly erythritol!

This dessert will not leave you wanting more, and you can have this as often as you like while still reversing PKD.

Ingredients:

400-500ml Coconut milk
1-2 tbsp MCT oil
Frozen organic berries
2 tbsp Erythritol/lakanto
60g Butter
2 tbsp Shredded coconut
1 tbsp Great Lakes gelatin (grass fed)
1/2 tsp Powdered vanilla bean or more
