Matcha Yema Cake | Bake Along | Savor Easy

Hello there again my lovelies, it's been a busy week in the biz. But here is something to bake along with. The Matcha Yema Cake, it is baked this time but still you can steam if you chose to.

Here's what you'll need:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup evap milk (or fresh milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1& 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon matcha powder (pls choose the premium one)

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp vinegar or cream of tartar or lemon juice
1/3 cup granulated white sugar

Matcha Yema Frosting:
5 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk (397 grams)
1/4 cup fresh milk or evap milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon matcha powder (pls choose the premium one)
2 tbsp butter
