How to dry wet dirt (Using Lime)

Winter struck in Cincinnati and now we're pushing through by mixing in lime to the soil so that we can compact it for a building pad and a parking area.

It's been a trial and error situation but we've continued to have our geo-engineer test and approve as we continue to raise the area up in 1-foot lifts.
