How Many Rounds Can You Finish? 20+20 Snatch AMRAP | SFG Prep

Heavy Snatch Day — kettlebell snatch AMRAP + Turkish get-ups. This is SFG I prep training built for busy men who don’t have time to waste.

The Workout:
• Turkish Get-Up: 1+1 × 3 sets
• Kettlebell Snatch AMRAP: 20+20 per round — rest as needed — 15-minute running clock

Get-ups go first. Every time. The Turkish get-up locks the shoulder in and primes the hip before you load both with kettlebell snatch volume. Skip the get-up and your shoulder will quit before the clock does.

The snatch AMRAP is simple — 20 reps right, 20 reps left, rest as needed, repeat until the 15 minutes is gone. The goal isn’t to never put the bell down. The goal is to keep coming back to it. That’s how you build real grip endurance and work capacity with a kettlebell.
