House Flip with Crazy Floor Plan after the Remodel Bought 11/9/18

I bought this house from my direct marketing campaign in October. It had a huge remodel completed on it at some point that messed up the floor plan. We bought it for $207,000, spent about $35,000 on the work, and another $20,000 in other costs (financing, carrying, selling). We listed it for $313,900.

We ended up rearranging the bathroom, and the master bedroom to make the floor plan work better. We replaced the kitchen, baths, flooring, changed the bedroom in the basement, and painted everything.
