Kumari Jatra which means the chariot festival of Kumari (the living goddess), coincides with Indra Jatra. It was started in 1756 AD during the reign of Jaya Prakash Malla.
Majipa Lakhey (Nepal Bhasa: मजिपा लाखे, लाखे आजु Majipā Lākhē, Lākhē Āju) is a special lakhey in Nepalese folklore. He is also known as the Peaceful Bhairava(शान्त भैरव).

This video is based on stories passed from our ancestors. We have tried to gather as much information as possible from different sources. This video is just an attempt to share the belief behind this festival to keep them alive and not intended to hurt anyone or their beliefs.
