The Wild Eagle is the first wing coaster in the U.S. Instead of having the train on the track, Wild Eagle seats riders on either side of the centered eagle so there is nothing but air above and below the rider! This Steal winged coaster by Bollinger and Mabillard is perched 21 stories above Dollywood soaring high above the Smoky Mountains. It reaches speeds of 61 MPH.

We really enjoyed our ride on this giant beast of a coaster and loved the feeling of being dangled over the side of the rail.
