Post INJURY workout — 20 minute full body from Maria Khoreva

Hello friends! Today I’m appearing a bit differently — just 4 weeks ago I seriously injured my knee on stage. But of course I didn’t entirely stop exercising so I still wanted to come in here and share with you the full body exercises I’ve been doing lately, starting around the fourth week post-injury. PLEASE consult your doctor or physician before trying any of these exercises, especially if you’re also injured like me. Health is top priority! But other than that — this set of exercises will suit everyone, it’s a Full Body Toning 20-minute workout so I hope you enjoy it!
