My Story: Anorexia & Binge Purge Disorder

Hey Everyone! This is an overview of my battle with Anorexia & Binge Purge Disorder and how I recovered. I believe there is so much stigma surrounding mental health and I think these issues need to be spoken about more frequently. Watching YouTube videos about real stories was something which helped me recover. I promised myself that if I ever recovered I would make a video to give someone else hope. This is my story!

If you are suffering from an eating disorder I highly recommend contacting The Butterfly Foundation (www.thebutterflyfoundation.org.au) and Eating Disorders Outreach Service (EDOS) (www.nedc.com.au) as these were the two organisations that helped me. Recovery isn't easy but it is definitely possible, it just takes dedication and persistence.
