Chicharon Recipe | Pork Rinds | Pork Cracklings

CHICHARON originated in Spain and Filipinos made this a delicacy, They call it pork rinds in America and Pork Cracklings in Australia but whatever the name is this CHICHARON RECIPE will surely make you go nuts.

The ingredients are quite cheap. You can buy the pork skin from your local butcher, then boil it in salty water. The drying procedure will take days but it is so worth it! No need to buy commercialize chicharon just do it on your own!

water
