Maritime of My Life (Pt. 54) - The Halifax Harbour Hike

July 7, 2017 - In a seafaring city like Halifax, the best way to get a good feel of the city is to hit the harbourfront! Halifax has one of the largest natural harbours in the world, and has a pedestrian walkway to match it.

I would've preferred a sunny evening, but frankly, a gloomier overcast evening also suits being at the edge of the ocean, right?

Anyway, I get a brief walking tour past Pier 21, the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, the ever-smiling Theodore Tugboat, and the ferry terminal to Dartmouth across the harbour, among other smaller sights.

Turning inlnad at the Bluenose II Restaurant, I briefly check out City Hall, a Scotiabank (just because), and end the tour at Alexander Keith's Brewery.
