Hard day right now? You’re not alone. 💛

It’s Day 8 of November Gratitude, and today I’m thankful for the way God meets us on the difficult days, Difficult days, and DIFFICULT! days.

The devotional I just read this morning (from Jesus Calling by Sarah Young) reminded me of three things that always help me take the next breath on those days:

Remember who God is
His character doesn’t shift with your emotions or circumstances, and He is always with you.

Remember the promises God has made in the Bible.
You are held, known, loved, and never alone. Psalm 139 says that He hedges you behind and before - He's going before you and after you to protect you.

Remember what God has brought you through before.
You have walked through hard things — and God carried you. This difficult time will pass too.

These aren’t just thoughts - they’re anchors.

If today is one of those difficult days — you are not behind, you are not failing, and you are not by yourself.

Take a moment to breathe. Call out to the Lord. Remember what is still true, and will always be.
