Salt for Stress Relief? You’d be surprised.
Today I’m thankful for something simple… but incredibly powerful: salt.
In Dr. Batmanghelidj’s classic book Your Body’s Many Cries for Water, he calls salt a “miracle medication”—and after working with exhausted, overwhelmed women for years, I can tell you… he’s right.
Here are a few reasons salt matters for your health:
• It supports stress resilience
• Helps your body break up mucus (water first, then a pinch of salt on your tongue)
