EVA Air to launch Taipei to Dallas route in 2025

EVA Air announced it will launch a new route from Taipei to Dallas on Nov. 3, 2025, operating five times a week as its ninth North American destination. During a briefing, EVA Air President Clay Sun highlighted strong global passenger demand, with Northeast Asia seeing a 20.4% rebound this year. The airline reported an 8.4% rise in passenger revenue and a nearly 20% increase in passenger numbers in the first 10 months of the year. EVA will also add seasonal flights to Hakodate, Aomori, and Matsuyama, and introduce a new Kobe route for the 2025 Osaka Expo. Sun noted that ticket prices remain high due to inflation and capacity constraints, and the Dallas route will strengthen connections to Central and South America while capitalizing on the city’s booming business activity.
