Modern Sailplane Instrument Panel Tour

Modern gliders (sailplanes) are not just beautiful to the eye, pack some amazing technology both in airfoil and materials engineering, but they also have some incredible state of the art instruments to help aid the pilot in flying many hundreds of miles per flight. I've been asked a lot by viewers of some of my other gliding videos to do an in depth cockpit instrument explanation. Well....you asked for it.
