Protein-Rich Palak Paneer Samosa: A Healthy & Delicious Twist!

Ingredients:
• For Filling:
• 1 cup paneer (crumbled)
• 1 cup spinach (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 green chili (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil
• For Dough:
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 tbsp semolina (for crispiness)
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil
• Water as needed

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:
• Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and green chili.
• Add chopped spinach and sauté until it softens.
• Mix in paneer, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
• Cook for 2-3 minutes, then let it cool.
2. Make the Dough:
• In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, semolina, salt, and oil.
• Add water gradually and knead a firm dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Shape the Samosas:
• Roll out the dough into thin circles, cut in half, and make a cone.
• Fill the cone with the paneer-spinach mixture and seal the edges.
4. Cook:
• For a healthier option, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or air-fry at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
• For a traditional taste, deep-fry until golden brown.
5. Serve Hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip!
