What's New in the Global Mapper Lidar Module v22

Coinciding with the recent release of version 22 of Global Mapper, an update to the Lidar Module is also available. An optional add-on for managing, processing, and analyzing all forms of point cloud data, this tool is a must-have for anyone working in the 3D environment. Among the highlights of this release are a new terrain painting tool for dynamically altering the elevation in a terrain layer, improved building identification, reclassification, and extraction from a point cloud, two new draw modes for intelligently rendering point cloud data, and improvements in the Pixels to Points tool for photogrammetric point cloud creation.
