How to Make a Healthy Smoothie

Not all smoothies are created equal. Drinking a smoothie made of fruits and vegetables every day will ensure you get good nutrition even when you don't have healthy eating habits. You can make a smoothie every three to four days, store them properly and then just grab and go.
For some people the thought of putting carrots, beets and spinach into a smoothie sounds awful. Because you add your favorite fruit into the smoothie it masks the taste of the greens practically disappear.
