In this video, Dr. Catherine Allan, Medical Director of the Boston Children's Hospital Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and Director of Human Factors and Systems Design,
Immersive Design Systems (IDS), outlines the five principles of crisis resource management. In addition, she provides a detailed overview of the responsibilities of an effective event manager leading a resuscitation and defines teamwork and individual roles during resuscitation.
