The mom in me makes me a better founder. The founder in me makes me a better mom. They were always connected.

How I handle hard conversations. How I stay steady when things don't go the way I planned.

And the vision I hold as a founder - believing in something that doesn't exist yet, building toward something bigger than right now - my kid watches that. He's growing up seeing what it looks like to believe in something and keep going. That's not separate from parenting. That IS parenting.

They were never two different things. I just needed time to see how they were always feeding each other. This is the part of founder life and motherhood nobody really maps out for you. You figure it out in real time. And when it clicks it changes everything.
