Waterview to waterfront! We aren't complaining. Our waterview site was a waterfront site due to flooding waters that haven't receded. We stayed at Robinson Point Campground the busy week of July 4th. If you want to see great fireworks, camp on a lake!

Sadly, half of the campsites at Robinson Point are under water at this time. Check the status if you are planning on being in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area. The best sites are on a jut of land covered with water, sites 71 through 99. The beach is also flooded but that didn't stop folks from swimming anywhere along the shore.

What we love about Robinson Point Campground:
1. Waterviews and waterfront sites
2. Trails
3. Wildlife - We especially loved watching the fawns.
4. Refreshing lake water for swimming

What we didn't love about Robinson Point Campground:
1. Verizon service was inconsistent.
2. Some sites are small (However, many sites provide plenty of room.)
3. No privacy, as usual some sites provide more than others.
4. Site numbers painted on the asphalt were hard to read or faded.

All in all, we loved all three of our sites here. Changing sites is an RV fact of life if you want to be in an area longer than a few days. On the positive side, we lavishly take showers and do laundry since we know a dump will happen between moves.
