ESPN’s Mel Kiper has put out his way-too-early 2021 WR Prospect rankings. The 2021 NFL Draft isn’t close, but the WR Draft class is looking just as strong as the 2020 version. The top prospects will of course change, so think of this as an early player watch list.

Mel Kiper only ranked his top 6 WR prospects of Ja’Marr Chase, Rashod Bateman, Jaylen Waddle, DeVonta Smith, Justyn Ross and Chris Olave. The craziest part of this: all those 5 teams just had a WR taken in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The 2021 NFL Draft WR class is far deeper than just 6 players, with several being worthy of 1st round draft pick consideration. That’s why NFL Daily host Tom Downey is here to break down Kiper’s Top 6 and some other prospects worth watching during College Football this season.

NFL Draft WR prospects also worth watching in the 2021 NFL Draft class include the likes of Rondale Moore, Tylan Wallace and Tamorrion Terry. Moore might have the best shot of being a Round 1 pick, but both he and Wallace are coming off injuries. Terry has great upside, as do players like Amon-Ra St. Brown, Seth Williams and both Michigan WRs in Nico Collins and Ronnie Bell.
