MY MORNING SWEAT ROUTINE - How I Stay Fit and Healthy on a Plant-Based Diet!

MORNING SWEAT ROUTINE 💪🏼 One question I get asked all the time is “how do you eat all of that decadent food and stay so fit?” The answer? I do this quick strength training routine EVERY single morning and it keeps me feeling strong and energized. 😍 Nowadays, this is the ONLY workout I do my loves and it’s ALL about consistently! I’ve been making this Morning Routine a priority for about two years and I’ve found that this quick #sweat situation works perfectly for my body + schedule. 💕 What’s even more fierce? The whole routine takes less than five minutes! 🎵 @onegreatvegan

MORNING SWEAT ROUTINE:
20 Push-ups
1 Minute of Plank
20 Tricep Dips
20 Squats + Hold for 10-15 seconds
Dance Break
