Walmart Transportation

Have you been thinking about Walmart Transportation? Have you seen the ads for Walmart truck driving jobs around you? I want to bring you some things to consider about Walmart Transportation and the Walmart truck drivers that work there. Just because they say that the Walmart Transportation pay is high does not mean anything if you have to tolerate unusual rules and get treated like less than a professional truck driver. The cell phone policy is crazy at 6 10 minute calls a day. You also need to sign a form to agree to give them your cell phone records upon their request. They may say it is only in an accident but why would you have to agree to any time they ask then? Think about it. Be sure to ask them about their detention pay, the amount and how long you have to wait until you get it. In cab cameras are coming to Walmart Transportation as well although not fully rolled out yet. They are asking for volunteers to test it. What Walmart Truck driver would volunteer for that? The cameras do face out and they also have a microphone that records in the cab so all of the noises you make and songs you sing to have the potential to be recorded and listened to by someone. That could include private phone calls you make. Remember, just because you are being paid well does not mean you are being treated like the professional you are. Consider these things if you are considering Walmart Transportation.
