Undercover at CR England to improve retention | Trucking Answers

Pam Wilson, the VP of Process Development, went undercover at the CR England truck school in Salt Lake City to try to improve retention at CR England and just in general improve the place. She completed here training and even went out for a whole week in a truck with a driver trainer. There were time when she had no cell phone signal. The horror! The CR England Truck School is where thousands of unfortunate souls have ended up. What does CR England pay? Pam Wilson was asked that and said that empathy and hope are worth more than money. Now when you have bills to pay they aren't! I find it amazing that this person can come in and after just four weeks improve retention by 50%. It is like CR England took no note of what any driver that has quit there said. I like that she referred to drivers as "end users" of the product. Nice touch. Very college level. After going through the CR England training program she did not say if she was in a 3 bunk truck.
