Quick 12 Minute Full Body Yoga for BJJ Warm Up Routine. It should not happen but sometimes does: you're late for Jiu-Jitsu training. The instructor says go warm up a bit and you're not sure what to do. Maybe you're at a competition and need a short warm up before your match. I got you covered. This is a short ten minute warm up routine for you to follow along. It incorporates elements from yoga (vinyasa) and is the ideal yoga for bjj routine to get you ready to roll. Yoga for Jiu-Jitsu helps you to be a more well balanced and mobile grappler.

For this video you don't even need a mat but I recommend to use one. This can be done before BJJ, Grappling or MMA training as a short warm up. Or also as a short movement routine on days you don't train.

Let me know what classes I should cover next. Yoga for BJJ is super helpful and will improve your Jiu-Jitsu a lot, no matter what level you are. I want to encourage more people, especially men to practice yoga and integrate yoga in your movement or training plan. We have of course ideas but we'd love to hear from you directly!
