I drink a lot of coffee, wine, whiskey and eat a ton of foods that are making my teeth yellow, so I've finally decided to do something about it, and that's why I took the Crest 3D Whitestrips Challenge. So how do the Crest 3D Whitestrips work?

Then, every day for 14 days, you just need to apply the strips for 30 minutes per day. I've found either putting them on in the morning on my way to work or after my lunch break are the most convenient times for me.

In the box you get 14 strips, with a longer strip and a shorter one. The longer 3D white strip is for your top teeth and the shorter strip is for your bottom teeth. The Crest 3D White Strips feel comfortable on my teeth. I had a terrible experience using a laser whitening process where my gums felt like lightning bolts, but with these strips I get little to no irritation.

After 30 minutes, I strip them off my teeth, wash my mouth out with toothpaste and I'm good to go. It really is fun to look in the mirror now and notice how white my teeth are.

You can see in my video that my teeth were definitely a more yellow version of what they are today. I honestly didn't expect these white strips to work so well and am really happy with the results. I thought I would have had to go to a dentist or dental spa to get the same whitening effect, but these strips have the same materials that dentists use and carry the ADA badge (doctor approved) on them, which is why they probably work so well.
