La Montagne Rose (Dirtywave M8)

Hi!

Here's a new track made with the M8.

I've been wanting to make a track to go along with some of the footage I shot in Bolivia for some time but got lost with different projects. So here it is, I hope you'll like it!

The scenes take place during a trip near the Salar of Uyuni, near the Laguna Colorada.

I sequenced and sampled my Novation Peak (main pads and chord progressions, first leads) and the OP-XA V vst from Arturia with the M8.

I recorded the guitar solo in Reaper with my Telecaster and then sampled it back into the M8 as well.
The rest of the sounds are a drum loop, additional drum hits with M8 effects, a bass and a few FX I made with the internal synths.

I also added samples of footsteps on concrete and kids in a playground I found on Pixabay. For the sake of the video I kept the dog barking during the shot :)

I exported the individual stems and applied slight EQ on individual tracks, multiband compression and a limiter on the master track.
