Too 10 Bagels in London

This is my ranking of the top 10 bagels in London, not the top 10 schmears in London, or the 10 most obscene, radioactive, overstuffed bagel sandwiches in London.

I've limited my comparison to plain bagels, in order to better assess their mildly sweet, malty character. I love a good everything bagel as much as you, with lox, cream cheese, capers and even dill, both those accessories can mask the true bagel flavour.

In addition to flavour I've also considered the feel and bite of the bagels and the chew, density, dryness, softness, elasticity, taste and overall satisfaction within.
