C/w Nana: Lao Caramelized Pork Stew (ຕົ້ມເຄັມໝູ == Tohm Khem Moo)
Tohm Khem is a stew made with caramelized meat. In this video I show how to make it using pork, but you can use any meat you want.
This dish came from China as "five spice stew." Every country in the area has there own variation. The Thai call it 'pah lo' (พะโล้).
