Chevrolet Equinox - How to RESET OIL LIFE (2005 - 2009)

Video on how to clear change engine oil soon message and set the oil life to 100% on Chevy Equinox SUV. ( 2005 | 2006 | 2007 | 2008 | 2009 | LS | LT | LTZ).

To reset the oil change indicator you will be using menu buttons on the dashboard. Keep pressing car icon button until you reach oil life. Now to set it to 100% press and keep holding the checkmark button for approximately 5 seconds. Your oil life indicator will be reset and oil life will be set to 100%.

Oil life remainder message can be very handy to remind you that oil change is due.
