Pan-fried SALMON & Home Made Pesto | Bart van Olphen
Guys, it’s #FishyFriday! A quick and healthy meal that I love to cook for my family is this pan fried salmon with spuds and broccoli coated in the freshest home made basil pesto. Super #healthy, quick to make and only using a couple of ingredients, the #salmon with its crispy golden brown skin is guaranteed to be a family favourite! If you have any leftover pesto, pour it in an airtight container and pop it in the freezer, it lasts for about 4 months. Click the link in my bio for the full video and recipe. Enjoy!
