Making The Easiest Japanese Soft Milk Bread using mayer bread maker MMBM12.

Yet another go to play with the soft bread recipe with tangzhong added. This is the most easiest, and I would call laziest method of making Japanese Milk Bread. All is done in the breadmaker by using 2 mode mainly the Soft Bread and during the pattern making beeper, reset the BM and reselect the Graham Bread mode and thereafter let the breadmake do its job.
The bread turns out really well baked and extremely soft. Recipe is as follow if you want to try it out.

Recipe:

TangZhong:
37ml water
38ml milk
15g bread flour

Ingredients:
285g bread flour
29g white sugar
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
1 teaspoon yeast (5g)
128g milk
29g salted butter
1 egg
