This is our toughest HIIT workout yet. Try this 40 Min Cardio workout and burn 500 calories. No need for any equipment and you can do it at home. This workout is good to burn lots of calories and is great if you are trying to lose weight. It's a full-body HIIT routine that covers legs, glutes, abs, upper body, and more and is good to increase your overall strength and cardio.
