I am often asked, "how did I get longer hamstrings?" in this video I outline 5 tips to improve your hamstring length:
1. Understand why they are tight.
2. Stabilise the lower back, hips & lower limbs
3. Strengthen them through a full range of motion
4. Use them through their full range of motion throughout the day.
5. Most importantly get healthy so you can have healthy tissues. Training is stress and only as good as your responsibility: meaning your ability to respond to the training. A healthy body can tolerate stress and adapt to new levels of ability. Recovery is everything.
