Watch the thrilling head-to-head 4x100m medley relay between the USA 🇺🇸 at Rio 2016 and Australia 🇦🇺 at Tokyo 2020! Both women's teams showed a brilliant performance and managed to secure the Gold medal for their country! In the end, Australia (03:51:60) featuring Kaylee McKeown, Chhelsea Hodges, Emma McKeon, and Cate Campbell was 1.53 seconds faster than Kathleen Baker, Lilly King, Dana Vollmer, and Simone Manuel of team USA (03:53:13).
