You can take and park your rental car there, or you can consult a tour company to drive you there in a coach bus. Skogafoss is one of the greatest things to see and do in Iceland.

8-10 hours if youre talking about the through-hike from skogafoss trailhead in the south and hiking north. you need to organize a ride to pick you up unless you camp and hike back.

Can you walk behind skogafoss?
you can try but you will get soaking wet, and dont try in the winter because frozen ice is especially dangerous.

probably rivals Gullfoss as Iceland's most famous waterfall. This was a classically-shaped rectangular waterfall that dropped 60m with a width of 25m

you need at least an hour or more if you want to hike around and enjoy yourself.

Or, you could continue hiking an extra day or two to Skogar (Laugavegur to Skogar). You could also go south to north, starting in Skogar or Thorsmork and heading to Landmannalaugar.
