one day me and Carly decided to go kayaking in a flooded neighborhood. This strange phenomena happened when two lakes flooded and merged together, over a road and a small town that existed on the isthmus. There are several houses still standing, and some other buildings and neighborhoods flooded around the edges of the lake. we took the two pelican kayaks into the water and found the abandon houses. we paddled around and had a look inside the houses making sure to not disturb anything and leaving it exactly as we found it. sadly these houses will probably decompose completely over the next few years.
