Toxic territorial politics - the legacy of Brexit? Richard Wyn Jones of Cardiff University

Richard talks about devolution and what is happening in four countries of the UK. He says that Brexit is pushing the UK from Brexit voodoo economics to voodoo constitutional politics. He fears a long term situation, like in Catalonia, where there is toxic territorial politics, from which there is no escape.

Richard Wyn Jones is an academic at Cardiff University. He is the Director of Cardiff University's Wales Governance Centre as well as the Dean of Public Affairs. Richard was a former Professor of Welsh Politics at Cardiff and he was the founding Director of the Institute of Welsh Politics and Critical Security Studies at Aberystwyth University.

Richard is based in Cardiff but his father grew up in Liverpool.
