Running Form Analysis for Faster and more Efficient Running
Even after 20 years of running, I'm still trying to perfect my running form. A few tweaks along the marathon training journey, starting first and foremost with my right arm. Excited to keep focusing on forefoot striking and quick feet heading into the Hamburg Marathon.
