Water has begun crashing onto Highway 82 west of Holly Beach. Debris already littered the road. Video includes a ride on a incoming surge of water up and over the beach, aerial and ground video of the Highway with waves crashing into them as well as video of the beginnings of water rising around the community at Holly Beach.
