Google Ads default location targeting is a trap.
It targets:
“People in, regularly in, or who've shown interest in your locations.”
But if you only ship to one country, you’re wasting ad spend.
You’re reaching people who can’t buy with the "who've shown interest" part of the setting.

To fix it, In your location settings, select:
“Presence: People in or regularly in your included locations.”
