Webb-Guy: Handyman: so then this only leaves the control board being the actual issue and needing to be replaced sadly.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: once the Control Board gives the Start and Run command to the Compressor and Condenser, and those units responds back in the affirmative, does the CB then talk to the Evaporator Fans as well?
Webb-Guy: Handyman: it talks to all the parts, are the fans not running either?
