Why is this New Dometic RV A/C Already Broken?

So I installed this A/C about 6 months ago. The owner called a month ago to complain it was noisy. So I get to see what I did wrong. Unfortunately I did not do anything wrong, the A/C blower wheel was loose. So I get to repair it and complain about the whole process.
